Responsibilities:
Observe and review patient care plans.
Complete an inventory of all medication available by type and brand.
Re-stock medication as necessary.
Maintain appropriate medical records for clients.
Assists clients when needed for screening, documentation, intake, and follow up.
Observes and reports any unusual phenomena or incidents that may arise.
Assumes immediate responsibility for crisis intervention if necessary.
Performs direct clinical work as directed by the Clinical Director.
Independently decides if treatment is appropriate for the client at that time.
Independently decides whether the client should be released or sent to another facility.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
