DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Greets student and family walk-ins and route visitors to appropriate staff member when necessary Manages financial aid main telephone line, email account, fax line and department mail Manages departmental filing Assist students with completion of online processes (FAFSA, EC, MPN, NC, etc.
) Counsel families about the Financial Aid Award and ways to pay Oversee periodic purging of non-enrolled student files Mail award letters, award packets, documents tracking letters, etc.
Supervise departmental work study students Provide day to day support of all financial aid functions to the financial aid staff Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Attention to detail and well-developed writing, listening, and interpersonal skills are necessary Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel Must be able to work independently and as a team member within a complex, fast-paced office Able to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently Benefit Conditions:
